A lot of people are leaving Google aside and turning directly to artificial intelligence to find answers, recommendations and even links. And this opens up a new opportunity for anyone with a website: to be referred by ChatGPT.   <\/p>\n\n<p>In this article, I&#8217;m going to show you how to position your site on ChatGPT in a strategic, practical and efficient way. Without any further ado, let&#8217;s get straight to the point. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mas-antes-o-chatgpt-usa-o-google-para-posicionar-o-site\">But first: does ChatGPT use Google to position the site?<\/h2>\n\n<p>No. ChatGPT doesn&#8217;t do direct Google searches, unless it has internet access enabled (as in the version with web browsing). However, even without this function, it can still respond based on <strong>public information from the internet<\/strong> &#8211; including pages indexed on Google, well-structured articles, data from reliable websites and content with good SEO.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In other words: if your site is well ranked on Google, organized and optimized, there is a good chance that it will be cited or recommended by ChatGPT in the responses.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entao-como-faco-meu-site-aparecer-no-chatgpt\">So how do I get my site to appear on ChatGPT?<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-crie-conteudo-original-util-e-especifico\">1. Create original, useful and specific content<\/h3>\n\n<p>ChatGPT values quality content &#8211; just like Google. But here&#8217;s the kicker: <strong>the more specific and well-explained your content is, the more likely it is to be used as the basis for a response.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Use the Feynman Technique: explain as if you were talking to a child. Be direct, clear and practical. This helps ChatGPT understand your content better and suggest it more easily.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Practical tip: Create articles focusing on questions that people would ask. Example: &#8220;How to position my site on ChatGPT?&#8221; (title of this article). <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-use-uma-estrutura-amigavel-para-ia\">2. Use an AI-friendly structure<\/h3>\n\n<p>The structure of your content directly influences your positioning. Use clear headings (H1, H2, H3), short paragraphs, simple sentences and <a href=\"https:\/\/jandreh.com\/palavras-de-transicao-no-seo-como-melhorar-a-legibilidade-e-o-ranqueamento\/\">transition words<\/a> to guide reading. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, strategically distribute your <strong>keyword<\/strong> (such as &#8220;position website on ChatGPT&#8221;) throughout the text: in the title, subheadings, introduction, conclusion and at least one internal link.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-otimize-para-seo-sim-ainda-e-crucial\">3. Optimize for SEO (yes, it&#8217;s still crucial!)<\/h3>\n\n<p>Even though ChatGPT doesn&#8217;t work like a traditional search engine, it is still based on content indexed by search engines. So if you want to appear in AI responses, you need to rank well on Google. <\/p>\n\n<p>Here are 5 quick practices:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use keywords with clear search intent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize your site&#8217;s loading time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create captivating meta descriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do internal linking (as I&#8217;m doing here in this article)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publish frequently and consistently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-torne-se-uma-fonte-confiavel\">4. Become a reliable source<\/h3>\n\n<p>ChatGPT tends to cite <strong>reliable sources<\/strong>. And how do you become one? <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have an authoritative domain (work on backlinks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use HTTPS and keep your site secure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show who you are (author, team, real contacts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write with authority on the subject (show that you understand the topic)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-use-dados-estruturados\">5. Use structured data<\/h3>\n\n<p>Have you heard of <strong>schema.org<\/strong>? These are markings in your site&#8217;s code that help mechanisms such as Google (and therefore ChatGPT) to better understand the content of your page. <\/p>\n\n<p>You can bookmark it:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Articles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviews<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These markings increase the chance of your page being used as a reliable and structured source, something that ChatGPT values highly.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-e-se-o-chatgpt-tiver-acesso-a-internet\">What if ChatGPT has internet access?<\/h2>\n\n<p>That&#8217;s even better!
